I’ve tweeted several times recently about the plight of Annie Leibovitz. For the moment, the world famous portrait photographer has regained control of her rights – http://bit.ly/4zgzkF – although it remains to be seen for how long. But, the story certainly emphasizes the importance of maintaining control of the rights to your own intellectual property. Be careful!
